SZDJ has been engaging in call center business for more than ten years,with clients all over the country.However,due to the fierce market competition,SZDJ is facing enormous challenges.As far as concerned itself,from the marketing perspective,there are some issues that should be improved.In this situation,SZDJ should fully exploit their own competitive advantages,improve the marketing patterns in line with the modern corporate governance requirements to enhance their core competency,which is of great practical significance for SZDJ.In this paper,based on call center business,with PEST,SWOT,and marketing subdividing methods,we studied the development history of call center business both in China and other countries,competitive situations,and marketing strategy,detailly analyzed the opportunities,threats,superiority,and weakness.Considering current marketing situation,we discusses the urgency and the necessity to improve the marketing strategy from six aspects,herein,which are product,price,promotion,channels,public relations,the power of the government.As result,we also discussed the specific measures to implement such strategy.To put forward constructive suggestions on the company's marketing strategy,this text has made detailed description and analysis of domestic call center industry status and SZDJ company's marketing strategy in this field.Moreover,all the theories are combined with the author's working practices and the theories learned in the MBA studies.Also the author would like to deliver the innovative idea and valuable reference to those companies with similar business as SZDJ.
