Job Engagement, which is an important concept in both the field of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management, it is an important concept in the connection between organization and employees. Because the job engagement affects employees' performance, so to a great extent it also has important influence on the survival and development of the organization. Through exploring the factors that affect employees'job engagement and studying the relationship between job engagement and job performance, the enterprises can find new ways of ascending employee's performance. So the study has reality and theoretical significance.Based on the summary of scholars'research on job engagement and job performance, the article constructs the influence model of employees'job engagement on job performance, and puts forward all kinds of theoretical hypothesis. After random questionnaire surveys of Shenzhen and Zhengzhou enterprise employees, we get 136 copies effective questionnaire. Through the statistical software SPSS17.0 of survey data analysis, the analysis results showed that the three dimensions of job engagement: vigor, dedication, absorption all have significant influence on task performance, and that vigor and dedication also have significant influence on contextual performance. Moreover, employees with different demographic variables, personality traits and job characteristics vary to some extent in job engagement and several dimensions of performance.In the foundation of existing human resources management theory, the union of factors that have significant effect on job engagement and relationship between job engagement and job performance, we can put forward a series ways of ascension job engagement for our enterprises. At the same time, this paper summarizes the research contributions and deficiencies, puts forward job engagement and job performance for future research priorities, the related theory of subsequent research has certain reference.
