| With the rapid economic development, china's local enterprises are also growing and expanding steadily. Enterprise's development is inseparable from the implementation of the advanced management idea, supply chain management is no longer a strange term. In order to strengthen the enterprise competitiveness, almost all managers claim that the supply chain management is being carried out. But management is a kind of art ,appreciation is not equal to master its essence, so supply chain management is at different levels among different enterprises, and it is necessary to optimize and research the supply chain management. It is not a long time for our pork processing enterprises to form the modern production by industrial upgrading, the overall level of supply chain management is not high, and also for the low ability to withstand the risks. This paper, based on this starting point, studies the supply chain management optimization of our pork processing enterprises by linking theory with practice.Firstly, this paper introduces the industrial background and related theoretical knowledge, and studies, appraises the status quo of supply chain management of our pork processing enterprises, listing and analysising its adverse effects by using fog method of the constraint theory, finally maintaining the insufficiency of raw material channel construction is the bottleneck of the whole supply chain. According to the emerging problems, the paper believes that it is not economical or realistic to conduct the vertical integration of the supply chain simply to pork processing enterprise of our country. Due to the analysis above, it offers two options: one is connecting with the upstream suppliers of supply chain to form strategic partnerships, and conducting a set of evaluation index system of the supplier selection for this industry; the other is using the futures hedging tool to lower the risk of the raw material supply, and conducting empirical analysis for its effectiveness by minimum variance method. It is hoped that this paper could contribute meager strength in strengthening the integration and enhancing the competitiveness of the enterprise. |
