Research On The Potential Rural Residential Land Consolidation In Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region

With the rapid development of economy and society and the increasing demand of construction land,it is inevitable to occupy cultivated land, the contradiction between land and human is becoming aculeate increasingly. In this situation, the study of Rural residential land comprehensive consolidation has important significance in theory and practice.At present ,the main research field concentration in abroad focused on four aspects:land consolidation and landscape changes, land consolidation and biodiversity changes land renovation of the water and soil conservation effect mechanism analysis and land and rural development. Rural residential land comprehensive consolidation notice landscape design and the protection of the ecological environment, improving farmers' production and living conditions and improving agricultural competition ability. On the basis of succeed experience,and according to the situation of China and different districts,our country Rural residential land comprehensive consolidation is effectively excavate the potential of scattered layout, unused and lower efficiency.As an effective way of the optimal layout and of achieving the balance of arable land.At present,widely used Potentiality methods are Idle homestead sampling investigation,policy index calculation method and the building volume rate method..This paper takes Fusui county, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as an example, endogenic and exogenic potentition evaluation model is established with the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods. It divided into four potential grades of rural residential land readjustmen on the basis of potential analysis of rural residential land readjustment , SPSS and ARCGIS software combined with the of cluster analysis and GIS technology. The four potential grades are gradually weaken in readjustment from the first grade to the fourth grade. The result shows that Shanyu Zhen and Liuqiao Zhen are the first grade higher potential areas, Changping country and Qujiu Zhen are the fourth lower potential areas, and the others are middling potential areas between the grades two and three. In scheduling, divided into the recent of consolidation area including XinNing Zhen Quli zhen and Shanxu Zhen. The Forward of consolidation area including Chanping country,Bapen country, and the others are the mid-term consolidation areas. To ensure the healthy and orderly development of rural residential land comprehensive consolidation.We shoule strengthen guidance rural residential land comprehensive consolidation planning,complete management system and the corresponding system, actively expand financing channels and other measures, and comprehensively promote the comprehensive treatment of rural residential land comprehensive consolidation.
