In steel manufacturing process, steelmaking-refining-continuous casting is a complex production process. In order to coordinate the three procedure, to ensure that the workpiece is processed consistently, scheduling problem and schedule control is particularly important. Many experts at home and abroad about this problem after in-depth research, For example, Northeastern University's Li-Xin Tang who had presided over 14 countries and ministry issue, Beijing University of Science and Technology's Tie-Ke Li who had developed production schedule control software for many steel enterprises, Nottingham University's Peter Cowling and so on.This study aims to develop a Steelmaking-Refining-Continuous Casting Schedule Control System, in the condition of WT casting machine having a constant casting speed, by adjusting the CSP casting machine's speed, achieve casting speed maximization. This study mainly include establishment of model, response of dynamic events, analysis and processing of data, realization of system.First, this paper established three constraints of typical scheduling model; then, according to two converter share one crane, model increase converter's parallelism conflict constraint. According to refining furnace's two tank station share heating equipment, model increase finery's parallelism conflict constraint. Finally, based on characteristics of molten steel which are relativity the natural cooling, casting quality and molten steel temperature, model increase tank constraint.There are three major types of dynamic events: (1) When the processing time deviate from the plan time ; (2) The molten steel composition or temperature is not requirement, the molten steel refine again; (3)Due to Adjustment of order casting plan changed. According to three class Dynamic events, this paper established the schedule control model, finish agenda's revision.The Steelmaking-Refining Continuous Casting Schedule Control System have the main window for the dispatching personnel, Schedule statistical window for production management and technical personnel and debugging special window for Software monitoring personnel. Schedule control system has been used in Baogang, In the implementation processing, we resolve manufacturing orders change, the path of refining change, re-refined, signal loss, equipment changes and so on.
