Enterprise groups play an increasingly important role in the national economy. The performance of enterprise groups is from the subsidiaries, in the process of forming enterprise groups, subsidiary form heterogeneity features, those include two forms: innate heterogeneity and evolution heterogeneity. The study on subsidiary heterogeneity has great significance to improve their management control system,analyses the factors impacting the performance of enterprise groups and maximize the performance output of enterprise groups. This article first carries out the studies of foreign scholars on the subsidiary heterogeneity of enterprise group in order, sums up the two forms of subsidiary heterogeneity, gives the specific measurement methods and describes impaction on the performance output of enterprise groups. Second, from five areas including headquarters governance mechanisms of enterprise group, knowledge transfer mechanisms between parent and subsidiary companies, a making-decision dependence of subsidiary to headquarters, the competition and organizational skills of subsidiary, R & D capability of subsidiary, summarizes the performance of subsidiary heterogeneity, descries detailed the specific management activities of the heterogeneity subsidiaries, summarizes causes of the subsidiary heterogeneity, so that the enterprise groups give full play to its own features and benefits, to maximize economies of scope and synergies. Finally, through the establishment of model evaluates subsidiary heterogeneity from the enterprise groups'level and give specific example.The article summarizes the species of subsidiary heterogeneity in the overall level of enterprise group. According their different nature, they are divided into inherent heterogeneity and evolution heterogeneity, and further analyses their impact on the performance of enterprise groups. The article not only shows the quantitative methods of inherent heterogeneity, and establishes the gray fuzzy evaluation model of subsidiary heterogeneity of enterprise group to solve the measurement problem of qualitative indicators in order to arrive at the evaluation value of the subsidiary heterogeneity of enterprise group, lays the foundation of the impaction the heterogeneity degree on the performance of enterprises group. Finally, through specific examples, vivificates the established model to test its effectiveness. |
