Research Of The Relationship Between Fiscal Expenditure For Sience & Technology And Economy Growth In Guangdong

In the twentith century,the society and economic has more and more heavily relyed on the development of science and technology.Since the thirty years'reform,the economic in Guangdong has improved by leaps and bounds.But as the rising cost of productive forces and the shock of world economic crisis,Guangdong's economic has confranted with a heavy stress. In order to get over this problem and perfect the style of economic development, the policy of science and technology input has been made some adjustment. This work make a research on the relationship between economic growth and Fiscal Expenditure for Sience&Technology in Guangdong Province. Science&technology are the primary productive forces,and the motivating forces and source of economic growth. This paper uses the information from the economy theory and economy data, analysis the stability of time series about scientific investment and economy growth.The first chapter shows the background of research and the relative research that has been done, then introduce the framework and method of research. The second chapter analyzes the relation of economic growth and Science and technology input theoretically. The current situation of Science and technology input and economic growth in Guangdong is described in chapter three. The fourth chapter in the paper uses the relative data to analyse the relationship.In the last chapter ,the paper proposes some policy suggestion on Science and technology input in Guangdong.
