Study On Evaluation Indicators Of Network Operating Costs

China's mobile communications industry competition, deregulation, the business income of the operators, communication ability, the technical level, subscribers, service levels have undergone a qualitative leap has made considerable progress. Investment in the current network operation and maintenance costs of large, cost of dynamic configuration changes often occur, therefore, how to network for effective management of maintenance costs, improve network effect is the use of funds to maintain China Mobile Guangdong, a focus of concern.According to China Mobile Guangdong's development strategy of China Mobile Guangdong's network maintenance costs to develop an effective method of scientific analysis. Combined with China Mobile Guangdong network reliability and network response speed of the current situation, determine the ability to measure key indicators of network performance, cost effective network maintenance building evaluation system for management to provide effective decision making. The entire corporate network through a detailed analysis of maintenance costs, maintenance costs through the various activities and operations to establish a close relationship, this study systematically put forward the limited network maintenance costs among the appropriate methods for bottleneck activities, in order to advance China Mobile Guangdong to achieve its strategic objectives.This thesis uses yuan of fixed assets on the network maintenance assessment to evaluate the efficiency of maintenance costs for the different professional networks, different projects, different regions of the network maintenance cost of reasonable proportions and structure to provide effective indicators were compared, establish network maintenance costs and the relationship between the fixed assets, management and maintenance costs as a valid reference point. Finally, we compared the yuan fixed asset valuation methods and technology indicators to assess the scale of network maintenance methods, and found yuan in fixed assets can be more accurately reflects the network maintenance costs, the assessment is simple, wide range of applications, which at this stage to recommend its as the basic evaluation indicators, and the technical indicators as a reference.
