The Study Of Design Quality Management For Long Distance Pipeline Project

Taking the Second West-East Natural Gas Transmission Pipeline Project as an example, in order to enhance the design level of long-distance pipelines, the article had a statistical analysis in design quality problems of this under construction long-distance pipeline project that exposed in the process of design and construction, and applied quality control methods to long-distance pipeline project in the basis of quality control theories and quality control systems to guide the design works. It also proposed and implemented the specific control measures to improve the design quality in the process of designing the long-distance pipelines, get the promotion of long-distance pipeline technologies.In the analysis process, the article cited some examples of engineering design quality, had a statistical analysis in the parts of designers' level, design concept, design cycle, design interface and the implementation of quality management system, etc, established the quality design control measures in various design links, finally, provided the detailed, specific, and operable quality control measures .
