With the accelerated development of urbanization in China, urbanization lag "compensation effect" has become increasingly clear to emerge. Urban development of ecological resources at the expense of sacrificing the environment, resulting in internal and external environmental degradation to varying degrees in most cities there and there has been increasing trend. How to coordinate economic, environmental, ecology, resources, relationships, to protect the health and socio-economic sustainable development become an urgent need to solve the problem. Urban planning scholars have carried out an ideal form of urban development pattern , this paper is the one that study a specific area along the linear transport model of sustainable development in the form of exploration. In this paper, region along the road ChangShuang as a study on the ecological resources in the natural superiority of the city suburbs to central cities and satellite towns along the transport endpoint for the development of regional, economic and ecological development goals form the dual mode of study. Based on ecological resources along the highway ChangShuang are different, the subjects were divided into two sections, according to authors propose a hierarchical sub-regional research methods, in arriving at an overall level, and two regional development patterns mode integration came to the conclusion target model. In this paper, the linear form of regional development is the integration with the hierarchical form of superposition model. And to form patterns according to regional differences in segmental feature planning of interventions to implement the view that "different forms of models, different control methods" point of view, breaking the previous planning region in accordance with unified planning control methods. Authors believe that research should pay more attention to form a local area morphology model of research, and to form patterns and the specific operational level of planning control of convergence, and thus make it more value.
