Study About The System Of The National Ecology Evaluation Index Of Innovation Strategy

Ecological national innovation strategy is to implement the scientific concept of development, the transformation of economic growth, reduce the cost of resources and the environment the fundamental way out is to raise China's international competitiveness and achieving leap-forward development of the inevitable choice. The evaluation of strategic options from the point of view, eco-innovation strategy evaluation is developed innovative strategies to bring us to adjust the deep inspiration and the reality of China's ecological modernization needs, which is the sustainable development of modern industrial society, the ecological value of reconstruction, in line with the human the fundamental requirements of social development; from the evaluation of implementation of the strategy point of view, it is the center of the implementation of China's innovation strategy and important to protect.Finally, under the guidance of scientific concept of development, follow the objectivity, scientific, systematic, feasible, dynamic design principles such as the establishment of a knowledge and technological innovation, including information technology, socialization and social development and quality of life, environmental quality and economic growth and quality of a total of five aspects of the national innovation strategy for ecological evaluation index system.
