The amount of the science and technology massage on the internet is increasing with a very striking speed by the age of Information Technology. The increase of S&T massage comes with many troubles. One of the most pressing is how to find the real useful massage from so big a massage sea. This paper researched how to resolve the problem that provide comprehensive, uniform and mass technology massage service to organizations which need many information services by use the technology of personalized service.Personalized service can learn user's interest and behavior by gathering and analysis user's personal massage. So it can provide different service to different user and improve the precision of massage service. The way to realize the personalized service is constructing a technology information sustain and help system. The system has a personalized search engine which can provide personalized search service.Normal search engine can search massage only by compare the keywords with user's input in a stiffness way. This method has appeared much deficiency. The greatest problem is the massage return by search engine remains plenty; users need to make choice again. Personalized service has been researched to remedy the lack of normal search engine.This paper discussed a scene like that: An organization is an enterprise engaged in a technology denseness industry. It needs many technology information services. Most of these services can get by some way, but these ways were independent to each other. A uniform system is needed to collect all these services and provide a comprehensive service to users with different technical level and specialty background.First, we analyzed the current actuality and future direction of personalized service and search engine, then discussed the all-around technology service oriented to great organization. To our way of thinking that there are two key points of these services. One is technology information gathering, as how to collect the massage which distributed in different area. Second is information presentation, as how to satisfy users with different technical lever and specialty background. After research, we think that personalized search engine is a good bridge to collect all dispersive massage together and present by users'personalized characteristic. Based on this point of view, we designed an algorithm based on user attribute by vector space model. First, a series of user model has been defined; each user model has a search tactic. Once user use the search service, the engine will judge which model the one the user belongs to. Then, the engine will use the relevant search tactic to filtrate and reset the massage. Sequentially, the personalized search result has been gained. In order to improve the search precision, user behavior's track and learn has been added in the algorithm. Make user custom and favor as user attribute. After that, we designed a search engine based on open source project Lucene. And implement the algorithm as the personalized component. At last, we design and implement"SGCC HN Technology information sustain and help system". This system uses the personalized search engine as core component and implements the all-around technology service system oriented to great organization.
