| Since China's WTO entry, more and more Chinese companies come into the international market, taking challenges of the global competence. Enterprise Efficiency Supervision,as a comprehensive management tool, is not only a new breakthrough in integrating discipline supervision with economy development, but is a Chinese company management innovation with Chinese characteristics. Borrowing lots of advanced ideas from western management, in conformity with the national conditions, it is definitely a good tool to improve business management and risk preventing ability.Nevertheless, since Enterprise Efficiency Supervision exits only about 20 years in our nation, its theoretical research and practice still need our further study. Starting from China's basis, this paper analyzes its presence in our nation, and points out the existing problem. Integrated with comprehensive risk management theory, it raises a series of strategies to apply risk preventing theory to Enterprise Efficiency Supervision.This paper includes six chapters. The first chapter is introduction about the research background, its significance, and the research contents and methods. Starting from efficiency supervision history, the second chapter expounds the meaning and features of Enterprise Efficiency Supervision, and analyzes its presence and raises questions. Comprehensive risk management theory is the third chapter, introducing its development and COSO risk management, and establishing the enterprise risk management theory suited to China based on"Central guidelines for enterprise comprehensive risk management". The forth chapter discusses comprehensive risk management countermeasure of Enterprise Efficiency Supervision, offers a series of strategies to apply comprehensive risk management theory to Enterprise Efficiency Supervision. The fifth chapter illustrates one successful practice of Enterprise Efficiency Supervision in TM Company. The last chapter makes a conclusion and foresees the next work. |
