With China's rapid economic development, oil and chemical industries have been expanding, growing demand for industry pump products. Especially in the context of economic globalization, industry pumps market is a new pattern, the formation of domestic enterprises and foreign enterprises with the platform competition. Although the competition is very fierce, but due to the rapid expansion of market size and the pump's special needs, SPK company as import agents encountered a rare opportunity for development.This article marketing theory, strategic management and business operations of the combined company to SPK study, the use of PEST analysis of the macroeconomic environment facing the company, and the company's micro environment, such as competition structure, the main competitor and products in the market needs a comprehensive analysis and elaboration; the same time, the use of SWOT analysis tools with the company's strengths and weaknesses, and opportunities facing the company and conducted in-depth analysis of the threat. On this basis, in this paper ,SPK company's marketing strategy in-depth study and research, put forward a clear and long-term market target, the company's differentiation strategy choice and clear market positioning, and fit with the company's product marketing strategy strategies, pricing strategies, channel strategies and promotion Strategy. Finally, based on earlier marketing strategy proposes a series of marketing strategies for the implementation of key points: to establish and improve a comprehensive marketing organizations, strategic management system, strengthen human resources development and the establishment of people-oriented corporate culture, also put forward SPK marketing strategy to control and audit and so on.This paper is based SPK's situation to develop corresponding marketing strategy for the further development of the company to do useful exploration, but also hope that this can pump agents or chemical machinery industry related businesses to provide a reference.
