Recent years, China's logistics industry has played a pivotal role in the rapid development of national economic construction in China. However, in the world economic globalization, the tendency of international logistics is looking good, it puts forward a logistics enterprises in China. Therefore, for the purposes of domestic logistics enterprises, which is presently facing a dual challenge: firstly, the competition with the international logistics companies; and second, the competition among domestic companies. Who can get the rational use of enterprise resources, who can give full play to collective wisdom, who can seize the opportunity in the case complex and highly competitive situation, and select the appropriate marketing strategies for enterprise development in this decision-making, Who will be able to get space for development and be in an invincible position.Through the analysis of the SWOT analysis of Ningbo Star Logistics Services, combined with a logistics service marketing related theoretical knowledge, this paper discusses the marketing strategy of the enterprise development. In order to enhance the company's core competence to make a company grow rapidly as a regional international logistics company, the article focus on the overall business strategy, brings to the CRM strategy, proposed pricing strategy, differentiation strategy, product development and innovation strategy, marketing Innovation Strategy, CRM marketing strategy, which have some guiding significance for all marketing logistics enterprises and give the company some advices for the sustainable development of enterprises in the protection market development.
