The Evaluation On The Innovative Capacity Of Shanghai High-tech Industry

In the 21st century,Shanghai which is China's economic center,making realizing modernization as theme and strengthening uban competitive capacity as priority,it has made great efforts to promote the development of high-tech industry.It enables high-tech industrial technological innovation play an active role in sustaining the development of economy and society,making the high-tech industry the accelerator of economy and the support of Shanghais's competitive capacity. It is of great significance to research Shanghai high-tech industrial technological innovation,so as to promote the adjustment of industrial structure, the change of economic system and the mode of economic development.This paper summarizes main theoretical research achievements on technological innovaton. According to the data of recent years relevant to Shanghai's high-tech industry, this article analyzes the industrial structure of high-tech industry and the economic benefits,potential development,rationality of industrial structure of each industry under the category of the whole high-tech industry. Through the indices of R&D input,the number of patent application and new products relevant indices, it conducted a longitudinal time-series analysis and horizontal inter-institutional comparison of the technological innovative capacity of Shanghai's high-tech industry. Second, it analyzes different factors'contribution rate to technological innovation of the high-tech industry and Shanghai's high-tech industry's driving role played in its economic development. Third, based on the analysis of the status quo of technological innovative capacity of Shanghai's high-tech industry, it establishes index system suitable to evaluate the technological innovative capacity of Shanghai's high-tech industry and adopts the method of principal component analysis to points the existing problems. In the end, according to experience of technological innovation of high-tech industry from both home and abroad, it brings forward countermeasure to improve the technological innovative capacity of Shanghai's high-tech industry from the perspectives of the government and enterprises.
