With the rapid development of electrical and electronic industry, more and more waste from electrical and electronic equipment perplexes people's production and life in economic and environmental aspects. Government would like enterprises to extend their corporate responsibilities and to take recovery strategies to establish closed-loop supply chain for it is a necessary path to realize cycle economy.Based on the prospect of the company and the overall closed-loop supply chain, also considering the substitution effect of remanufacturing products, the thesis researched on how to choose recovery strategies for electrical companies. Firstly, the existing literatures about recovery were analyzed. The structure and layout of this thesis were described. Secondly, model in two-oligarchy was established including two exogenous variables named substitution factor and government dealing cost to study how consumer and government behaviors affect recovery strategies. The two variables were investigated that the market share would form proportional or inverse relationship when taking fixed values. Thirdly, the model conclusions were validated and further explored with market research. Based on the quantitative and qualitative analysis, the national market condition of waste from electrical and electronic equipment and recovery selection recommendations that coincide with the condition were given, both for large-sized and medium- and small-sized companies. Besides, according to the discussion on government dealing cost affecting market share, optimistic government behaviors were raised to promote recovery and cycle economy. Finally, the main achievement gained in the thesis and the problems pending further research were reviewed.
