International logistics is the strengthened and supported industry in tianjin port free trade zone. Logistics enterprises'development, especially the third party logistics enterprises', mean a lot to the health and fast development of the zone. In this trend, the logistics industry environment is undergoing great changes.Based on the transformation trend, the summary of previous research results and in depth analysis in tianjin port free trade zone of third-party logistics development present situation, with the employment of competitive advantage theory and TRIZ theory, in order to figure out how the third party logistics enterprise access and promote the competitive advantage, the paper makes a exploratory study.Firstly, with the logistics process compare between the third party logistics in tianjin port free trade zone and the world's advanced free trade zone logistics, the existing problems are found out, then according to TRIZ theory, the logistics process is reconstructed.Secondly, with the employment of PEST analysis and Michael E. porter's "five competitive forces model", the third-party logistics enterprises'macro environment and the industrial environment in this zone is analyzed, with the summarization of the advantages and disadvantages of enterprise external environment's influence, some ascending external competitive advantage methods are put forward.Finally, according to enterprise value chain theory and competitive advantage theory, together, with the third party logistics enterprise operation chain, the enterprise's value chain is reconstructed, and some methods of endogenous competition advantage are put forward.With the logistics process reconstruction, the external environment improvement and internal reform, the new mode for the third-party logistics enterprises to acquire ascension competitive advantage is constituted.
