Competitiveness of enterprises, in the final analysis, lies in the human competition, pros and cons of human resources is one of the decisive factor which enterprises achieve its strategic goals. Performance management as an important part of human resources management system is a powerful tool which is conducive to improve the performance level of employees, improve employee motivation and to achieve corporate strategic objectives. Human resources is a valuable asset too in terms of growing companies. Effective performance management of staff becomes very necessary, so as to maintain the enthusiasm of staff working and to achieve the incentive for employees, thus promoting better growth of enterprises. Therefore, how to understand the growing need for performance management of employees is been as a research topic of the article.Firstly, the theories of employee performance management are described in the paper, and then the research results over the subject. Author conducted in-depth research to current situation of performance appraisal of employees with the internship opportunity. Text purification found performance management problems in business, and find cause of the problem from the two levels of enterprises and employees by research about growing,their own characteristics, the characteristics of performance management employee and performance management situation of purification company in Jiangxi Province.According to the theory of performance management methods,the paper analyze enterprise performance management issues in detail in order to finding the cause of the problem and solutions. Author also search conductive process, index design, management implementation in the performance system, and provide the practical proposals and measures for the growing clean operational performance management from different level.Secondly, article did empirical analysis about x representative purification company Y staff performance appraisal management with a case study on the basis of describing study path. In the study, in-depth company research over three months, around the research topic, and staff interviews, and leader communication. These work improved over-theoretical defects in the course of the study, played a very important role in the design of the paper preliminary research path and made the design of employee performance appraisal system more reasonable and more realistic and the research more practical significance to the article.Finally, author describes the limitations of the study and provides a vision for the future to purification of employees for the growing building performance management research and practice from the perspective view of universality.
