The Study On The Compensation Management Of Agricultural Development Bank Of China Jincheng Branch

Agricultural Development Bank of China (ADBC) is one of the policy banks of China, which function is to provide funds for controlling food price and support agricultural development. It is closely related with the economical development polices of our country, and it is the result of economical reform and financial reform. ADBC has experienced initial stage, and managing food purchasing loan stage. At present it is at the stage of constructing modern bank. In the third stage, the State Council held 57th routine conference in 2004 and required ADBC to enhance interior reform. ADBC could do the commercial business if it does the policy-related business well. Therefore, ADBC has worked out the interior comprehensive reform plans, according to the quests of modern bank. Human resources management reform is a very important content.As one of ADBC's branches, Jincheng Branch has achieved great achievements since it implemented comprehensive reform plans. In the human resource management aspect, Jincheng Branch reformed the income system, business post management and so on. However, because of not explicit enterprise character, not perfect corporate governance and so on, it has some problems at the compensation management. These problems not only affected the benefit of the employees, but also restricted Jincheng Branch's business development.This article introduced firstly the domestic and international research situation about the compensation management. Secondly, it introduced the basic situation of Jincheng Branch and its basement of compensation management. The author sorted out the compensation management and summarized the problems which exist in the compensation management. Then he analyzed the problems with the theories of Economy and Management. According to the nature of ADBC's corporate governance and organizational structure, the author came up with the suggestions. He came up with the principles and frames of designing the compensation management system and set up the compensation management system of Jincheng Branch.
