Employment issue comes to the one of most critically-acclaimed topic in two durations.For our accounting major,there is unbalance in jobs supply and demand which lead to the employment rate is not optimistic:enterprises need to have accounting professional who contains strong practice stills, but the accounting graduates are lack of experience. To strengthen practice teaching , can promote the employment requirement and also can meet the demand of applied talents in society. Based on this, this essay will perform a detail research of the practice teaching problems of undergraduate course by accounting profession. At the same time, under the leadership by my tutor apply this research.The structure of this essay as follows:Firstly,this essay discusses the teaching practice significance of accounting profession undergraduate from the following four aspects: development demand in market economy,job requirements of the accounting profession,the characteristics of accounting profession,the system reform requirements in traditional education. Secondly,this essay analysis of the current status in the teaching of accounting professional practice,according to the questionnaire survey,and set up corresponding practice teaching mode,include specifically: assignments mode,case teaching mode,mimetic experimental mode and social practice mode. Then,we proposed the corresponding improvements,aiming at the problems existing in the practice teaching mode. and we puts specific measures of each practice teaching mode,including:how to construct model,how to developing model and how to construct the corresponding evaluation system. Finally,this essay puts forward the measures used to guarantee of practice teaching,in order to guarantee the practice teaching of development and implementation effect.This paper innovation mainly lies in:1.Established practice teaching mode that suitable for different teaching purpose.2.Put forward the detailed implementation measures in all kinds of teaching model and put forward the corresponding evaluation method.
