First, analyze the social status of the real estate industry in the country, operating characteristics, status and development. Second, introduce the basic situation of WK Real Estate, equity structure, scope and the general financial situation. Third, analyze the WK Real Estate's financial situation by DuPont financial analysis, understanding the relationship between individual indicators and the reason of changes in financial condition. According to the above analysis to understand WK Real Estate's development and management capacity, as a basis for accurately assess the true value of the corporation. Then assess the WK Real Estate by free cash flow of equity, price earning radio and price to book value ratio and analysis of the results reached by the three methods.
