With the rapid growth of the global economy, the issues of energy and environmental protection are increasingly outstanding. On the one hand, with the non-regenerated energy becoming less and less and the living environment becoming more and more serious, the world is facing great pressure on energy and environment. On the other hand, the huge biomass energy is dealt with as waste, and a large number of harmful substances are discharged at random. The issues of energy and environment have become the most important thing in the world, "energy saving and emission cuts" is a basic state policy in many countries. Along with the country pushing force on circular economy, the government, society and enterprises raise the awareness of "reduction, reuse, recycle", and the demand on the harmony of economic development with environmental protection. The enterprises must be closely linked to saving resources, environmental protection, and coordinate environmental benefits, ecological benefits and social benefits.ZY Company is the economical entity in this project, which is in Gansu Province, Wuwei City, Tianzhu County. The project focuses on design a resource-saving and environment-friendly potato circular economy project, makes full use of abundant local potato resources. The main production line is" potato seed breeding baseâ†'potato powder processingâ†'potato leisure food productionâ†'bio-feeding stuff with high-proteinâ†'beef cattle breedingâ†'butchering and processingâ†'manure non-hazardous processing (gas to generate power) and bio-organic fertilizer production", in addition, the potato residue from potato flakes and potato leisure food production can be made into biological feed, which can be used for feeding beef cattle. The excrement and liquid dung of beef cattle becomes methane gas by fermentation, then generate power. The Anaerobic Fermentation Residues (AFR) can produce organic fertilizer, in order to reuse the resources, change the traditional growth mode "resources-products-waste" into new growth model "resources-products-waste-renewable resources (products)". Under the new growth model, it can reduce the resource dissipation, eextend industry chain and realize cleaner production. At the same time, establish R&D center of Engineering as technical base to realize sustainable development. This project plan analyzes and designs each branch project of circular economy, and analyzes product marketing strategy. Based on investment estimate, financial evaluation and investment risk analysis, this project accords with local industrial development direction, its products has a good market prospect, and result in good economic, social and ecological benefits. Therefore, it is necessary and feasible to establish a potato circular economy project locally.
