Along with the performance appraisal system in government, business and enterprise gradually popularization and application, the problem exiting in performance appraisal caused more and more people's attention and reflection. Affected by the territorial environment and regional economy, the bank customer resources of Ding Xi are very scarce. After both employees and successive leadership long-term mutual efforts, China Construction Bank Ding Xi branch had developed rapidly in all kinds of business areas, but customer base is still very weak, market share superiority is not obvious, business development exists up-and-downs secret worries. Especially in the current business development, in order to enlarge market share, competition in all commercial banks is becoming increasingly fierce, and China Construction Bank Ding Xi branch's prominent issue that exits in customer service and management aspects needs to be solved hardly. These issues reflect outstandingly in customer relationship management is comparatively extensive, negotiations and bargaining power to customer at a relatively low level, customer loyalty not high. Through investigation, we find the core of above problems is:the remuneration allocation is not fair and reasonable, employee incentive has not fully been mobilized and expressed, the performance of contradiction in customer service and maintenance management is the service quality and service level is not high. In order to find out a set of practical solutions, establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation mechanism to improve customer overall service and maintenance level, ability, to create the customer top choice bank, ensure development of China Construction Bank Ding Xi branch rapidly and sanely, this paper will studies the present situation and problems in China Construction Bank Ding Xi branch by using documentary research, case study, experiential summary method, descriptive study method and so on, on the basis of learning mature practices of brother and other commercial banks.This paper analyzes the shortage of the current performance evaluation system of China Construction Bank Ding Xi branch, according to the problems such as inefficiencies and staff enthusiasm lack existing in the management, points out implementing the performance appraisal system improvement is imperative. In this context, designing the optimum proposal of performance evaluation system of China Construction Bank Ding Xi branch, and expounding the measures that implement performance evaluation system improvement concretely.
