Preventing environmental pollution is not only a passive prevention, but also the whole economic growth pattern must be changed imminently. The major policy highlights the ecological environment to ensure economic harmonious development, which requires all fields to be effectively assume eco-responsibility. Because short-term benefits or reduce significantly polluting and other reasons, lack of ecological responsibility of private enterprises have caused widespread concern and become the most important factor, deterioration of the environment to bear an inescapable responsibility for the ecological. To improve the current situation requires businesses of all stakeholders for their support. The further development of the modern theory of the firm, is that the enterprise not only belong shareholder, but also for all stakeholders in the enterprise, shareholder are just the key of stakeholder, this is the stakeholder theory. It can be deduced, "satisfactory profits" standard, not only to shareholder satisfaction, but satisfaction with business stakeholder and ecological environment. These ideas provide a theoretical basis for ecological responsibility of private enterprises.Through literature research and theoretical studies, this article research ecological responsibility of private enterprises. Analyze why the private enterprise lack of ecological responsibility, including their internal barriers and external barriers, leading to private enterprise "do not want to" and "can not" take ecological responsibility. Because lack of ecological awareness and tremendous pressure to survive, the external factors such as private enterprise financing difficulties and lack of supervision, resulting in loss of its ecological responsibility. Base on researching the current status of private enterprise to take ecological responsibility, and the reasons causing the current situation, divide private enterprise into primary stakeholders and secondary stakeholders, and explore related ecological accountability from the first primary stakeholders'perspective. This article analysis about taking ecological responsibility from shareholder, employee, customer, supplier, creditor, distributor, give some observations and recommendations about ecological responsibility, including the use of eco-design, cleaner production, eco-logistics, marketing and other eco-green innovation, raise to the strategic level of private enterprises and implement in the specific production practice. So in all stages, products from conception to recycling, from the cradle to the regeneration of the whole process, to achieve minimum of environmental pollution and coordinated development of economic and ecological benefits, which has some positive significance for private enterprises to take ecological responsibility. |
