Therefore, the research projects for the further development of new energy in Gansu Province, especially the further development and utilization of biomass energy has practical significance.Firstly, by describing the background of topics of significance and non-grain raw materials for domestic fuel ethanol industry development of the analysis, combined with the principle of simultaneous saccharification and fermentation characteristics of research and development in Gansu Province specified non-food raw materials, the entry point for fuel ethanol.Combination of raw sugar, starch and cellulose raw materials of different characteristics, extensive selection of 26 raw materials, were carried out the determination of biological indicators, the selection of fermentation conditions and the yield of ethanol.Related indicators in 26 Determination of raw materials based on the results, select the cellulose in corn stalks as raw materials representative to yeast inoculation, the amount of cellulose, fermentation time and fermentation temperature factors, using the orthogonal experimental method different levels on the simultaneous saccharification and fermentation results.
