Study On The Main Functional Area Of Sport Event Tourism

An important symbol of tourism which steps into the new era is that the new cross-integration of different industries. Sports tourism industry is the indication that the tourism industry is entering the golden age. The previous papers of the sports tourism research are focused on the definition, characteristics and laws of sport event tourism, sport event tourism's economic, social, ecological and cultural significance comparative analysis of the industry, development for the product of sports event tourism, division of sport tourism main functional areas and so on. The main function areas of sports tourism research has focused on the elaboration and description of case studies, few theoretical studies devoted, not to mention the in-depth research for main function areas of sports tourism. The main purpose of this paper is to clearly sort out the main function of sports tourism-related research areas, to define the basic concepts of the main function of sports tourism area, to analyze the theoretical basis of the main function areas, to contemplate on the growth mechanism, path and mode, to analyze the dilemma of industry chain extension of the main functional areas to forward practical measures, and finally to make case study to deepen the theoretical study.This article is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is to present problems, analyze the background and significance of this topic ant to describe objectives of this study;The second chapter is to do the domestic and international research literature reviews on the full range, and to make the research method and framework;Chapter III and Chapters IV are the core of this article, mainly to describe the theory basis of main functional areas of sport event tourism,covering the content, features and functions, to analyze the growth mechanism, path and pattern of sport event tourism main function areas, to devise the optimization of the industrial chain from the two aspects, covering the performance evaluation models and the optimizing for industry chains. The last chapter is to give an image explanation by make case study on Minhang main function areas of sport event tourism, and to make future research prospects.
