With the further development of economic globalization, the ever-changing market environment will make new products speed up the pace. Others haven't but I have; if others have, I will do the best. If the enterprises want to have a place in the market, it is the key to improve the quality of products. In the current competitive environment, how to improve the quality level with the effective management, that is a difficult problem.At present, many China's enterprises have implemented modern management, for example:Total quality management, ISO9000 quality management system, Lean production, Six sigma management. Culture differences between China and foreign countries, and management foundation differences between China and foreign countries, and different emphasis between China and foreign countries, and different understanding of the theory between China and foreign countries, therefore, China's enterprises in the actual management of the effects of application of the above is not ideal, for example H company, Medium-sized communication equipment with enterprises lack of capital and skilled personnel is effect of poor implementation. Some scholars have consider from China's enterprises actual situation and needs, have explored the relevant theoretical methods, excellent results obtained from Total quality management, ISO9000 quality management system, Lean production, some scholars have proposed Lean quality management.Based on D company's actual situation, the thesis is studying on the application of the Lean quality management which is used in D company. In the first part, it is the theoretical analysis for the Lean quality management, combed the Total quality management, ISO9000 quality management system, Six sigma management, and Lean production. It outlined the content and methods of the Lean quality management. This thesis has been analyzing the D company of its quality control question, at the same time, which discusses the implementation of Lean quality management. Then by identifying and analyzing problems and problem-solving approach. The three main quality issues that D company implementing Lean quality management improve is study. In the last, this thesis summarized the results of successful experiences of the implementation of the D company's Lean quality management, and give some suggestion on the future quality work of the D company, and we hope it will be useful for all person of the same occupation.
