Research On Bo Yibo's Industrial Construction Thought Since The Founding Of New China

Bo Yibo not only choosed the socialist industrial economy but also comprehensively explored how to implement industrial construction in our country, when Chinese economy became to build and recovery, in the reform and open period of economic development since the 3rd session of the 11th meeting of the CCP, after the foundation of new China. Bo Yibo's industrial construction thought is the important theoretical achievement of the thought of Chinese industry in the process of searching Chinese industrial and economic development. It's enlightened to systematically illustrate this thought for our further industrial construction and realizing industrial scientific development today. However, the thought has not became the research focus and research systematicness by academic community so far. This thesis summarizes the main content of the thought, discusses academic distinguishing feature with respect to historical limitation and realistic enlightenment, and presents the historical and realistic significance of the thought from several angles. The thesis is composed of five parts as follows,Part 1 illustrates the research purpose and research meaning of the thought, introduces the research method, and elucidates the research background of the thought such as Bo Yibo's Socialist industrialization thought, industrial balance concept and industrial enterprise management thought by home scholars.Part 2 states the birth condition of the thought. It comprises the objective historical birth conditions, the theoretical origin, and the self conditions of the thought.Part 3 introduces the main content of the thought. The thought is composed of four parts in this thesis:first, the chief task of industrial construction; second, the principle exploration of the construction; third, operating criteria of the construction; the last, driving mechanism.Part 4 summarizes the main features of the thought. The industrial construction is provided with some special features in the long-term of Bo Yibo's industrial practice. It's generalized to scientificity, expansibility, practicality, and multi-dimensionality.Part 5 evaluates the thought objectively and systematically. At first, the positive effect of the thought is pointed out in the process of practice of Chinese industrial construction and exploration of Chinese characteristic industrial construction road; next, the limitation of the thought is discussed objectively; last, the realistic enlightenment of the thought is presented.
