Research On Quality Of Service Evaluation In Electronic Commerce

All along, the quality issue is an important factor to impeding the further development of e-commerce. The Lack of Quality of Service (QoS) evaluation architecture results in endless e-commerce service problems.With the continued rapid development of e-commerce, government, society, the academic are all research on e-commerce QoS system. QoS evaluation model is the core issue of quality of service architecture. In theoretical research and practical application, e-commerce QoS evaluation model has basic and frontier effect.In this paper, based on the analysis of e-commerce QoS services, e-commerce QoS evaluation system is studied. Aiming the single evaluation target problem, three-dimensional e-commerce QoS evaluation model is proposed. That is, the recipient from the service, service providers and third-party evaluation are all involved in the evaluation at the same time. The three-dimensional evaluation system solves the single evaluation target problem. The customer, the business, the third-party organizations are introduced to the evaluation. All parties involved in the evaluation can effectively promote the motivation and enthusiasm of all parties to actively participate in the establishment of a just and fair evaluation system.This paper focuses on the problem of third-party evaluation model in single dimension and static parameter. Third-party evaluation model is inside the three-dimensional evaluation model proposed above. For third-party evaluation, credit is introduced as an important dimension. The use of multidimensional dynamic credit evaluation methods and identify the significant factors confidence interval method is proposed in the third-party multi-dimensional dynamic e-commerce Qos evaluation model. With this model, the justice of evaluation result is improved, the healthy and stable development of e-commerce is also improved.
