The earth's surface temperature has rosen by an average of about 0.6℃in the nearest century.Global warming has become a fact of life, and one of the biggest obstacles to threat human survival and development.The increase of man-made greenhouse gas emissions is the main cause of global warming,Agriculture and agricultural production and operation activities of greenhouse gas emissions are important components.After burning of fossil fuels. land use change is one of the important causes of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere rises and global climate change.A series of research shows that organic carbon savings amount varies form different landuses, The forest ecological system of organic carbon reserves is the highest, carbon storage remit function of Natural ecological system of secondary and plantation is stronger, the organic carbon storage of farmland and grassland ecosystem which are disturbanced by strong Human activitise is low, And mainly stored in the soil, Carbon storage remit function is weak.This study chooses tropical and subtropical agricultural regions with low hills, Taking the shang sha tian village in Huizhou daya bay economic development zone as the research object. Through comparing organic carbon effected by the land use changes in 2000 and 2009. Analyse reasonable land use patterns potential of carbon emission and sequestration in southeast China rural areas.Based on ecology, vegetation metrology and agricultural ecological chemical related knowledge as the theoretical basis,Through the field data collection, sample processing and laboratory analysis,statistical data and related references,this study makes estimation about soil and vegetation biomass and carbon density of Various land uses in the study area., plans objectives in 2020. Use linear programming software for the optimal scheme of land use structure adjustment in the study area, It satisfies the basic food and other crops basis, Arranges the methods of land uses. Making organic carbon storage of the productive land use type is the largest in research area.Result shows that the readjustment of land use and forestry policies will intake greenhouse gases form the atmosphere storage to biological carbon repository is a positive and effective reduction approach. By 2020. the reasonable arrangement after land use patterns,Study area can be fixed by the change of land use 646.72 tons of organic carbon, compared with 2009 increase 72.42 tons, a stronger-than-expected 13% close to 2000 level,Among them, the study area of pinus massoniana forest by 2009 0.29 hectares increases in 2020 1.09 hectares, Paddy field area reduces form 6.22 hectares to 5.76 hectares; Upland area reduces form 1.01 hectares to 0.81 hectares; Vegetable plot increases form 0.23 hectares to 0.37 hectares; the lawn reduces form 0.96 hectares to 0.86 hectares;Gardern area increase form 0.45 hectares to 0.57 hectares.According to the results of this research and the actual situation of economic development in study area, This paper puts forward detailed advice about land use structure adjustment in research area. One is returning farmland grass to forest, the other one is playing the functions of government actively. The government should be a helpful friend of farmers. Coordinate the ecological benefits and the economic benefits of land utilization structure, and make the policy propaganda, technical guidance and financial allowance measures to operate returning farmland and withdrewing grass project successfully...
