Research On The Whole-process Cost Management Of Construction Projects

With the consummating of the economic system in our country, construction industry has made great progress, and played an irreplaceable role in the development of national economy. But, the construction industry input-output ratio of our country is obviously lower than some western countries, which wasted a huge of resources. Therefore, we must use some ways and methods to solve this kind of problem. And project cost is the most important component of construction project and the most direct response construction projects, we will control it for the purpose of controlling construction costs, avoiding the waste of resources purpose.This paper adopts the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method.It Analyzed our country construction project engineering cost management present situation and the existence question.The following are the main three parts of this paper:Firstly, basing on the reviewing of the historical development of the theories and practices of cost management in international and analyzing the current condition of it, the author analyses the existing problems of the project cost management.Secondly, in the whole process cost management measures and methods, that made the whole process cost management and control system, highlighted the establishment of whole process cost management institutions and whole-process cost management measures and methods, and according to the different problems of cost management and focus on the period. The part of the study is the focus of the paper.At last, its from the perspective of positivism each stage of the project cost management and reach the goal of control cost.
