Application Of System Dynamics To Strategic Project Management

With the continuous development and expansion of enterprises, enterprise project resources have more and more, companies are also facing a new problem:a single project management is focused on goals of the project itself, with the increase in enterprise project, can not guarantee items between the coordination and management can be very good, but can not ensure the overall success of the project strategic goals and business synchronization. How to ensure that these projects consistent with corporate strategic development goals and to effectively implement business strategy; enterprises face a number of projects in the context of limited resources, how enterprise resource allocation between projects on the role of corporate strategic objectives to achieve the maximum. This proposed Strategic Project Management ESPM (Enterprise Strategic Project Management), the overall development strategy from the perspective of business analysis, identification, evaluation and implementation of all the items in the face of appropriate management strategies.This thesis describes the strategic management, strategic project management and system dynamics theories, based on further analysis and build a framework for strategic project management process diagram of the factors that influence corporate strategy and system dynamics modeling principles and process; System Dynamics enterprise resource subsystem built, capacity building sub-system of knowledge, strategic project management model, combined with the construction of a small unit of the current situation of strategic planning and project simulation, analysis project of their choice through the operation of enterprise funds, management ability, knowledge and technology development and changes in the level of compliance with the established business strategy, and how to allocate corporate strategy can maximize. And construction units have a strategic project for data simulation, the simulation results are analyzed, and gives small and medium construction enterprises strategic project management.In this thesis, corporate strategy for small and medium construction project management, building a strategic project management model, and the model was verified by simulation. Strategic project management is a complex dynamic process, the model constructed in this paper is still in the initial stage, the simulation of strategic project management is relatively simple, pending further research.
