Research On The Matching Degree Of Service Capability In Distribution Network

Distribution network service capacity is composed by nodes and lines services capabilities, but is not the superposition of the two. The matching degree of nodes and lines service capabilities determines the level of capacity utilization of distribution network service. The paper studies the quantitative methods and the matching degree evaluation method of distribution network service capabilities.Based on the existing research results, the paper defines the concept of distribution network service capabilities, analyzes its content, structure and influencing factors. This paper analyzes the content, features and functionalities of the nodes and lines in distribution network, establishes the mathematical expression according to the basic elements that forming the nodes and lines service capacities. The paper studies the matching degree of distribution network service capabilities from two aspects. In the analysis of internal service capabilities, the paper studies two cases with different time constraints. The matching degree of external services capability is analyzed from the matching of "upstream output capability "and "downstream input capacity". Finally, some measures to improve the suitability of service capability or mitigate the effects of low matching degree are given.The paper realized quantitative research on the matching degree of the basic element service capabilities of distribution network, which provides some reference to the assessment of the scientific capacity planning in distribution networks.
