The Compositive Evaluation Of The Urban Public Transportation Service Quality Based On Trip-Chain

"The Preferential Development of Public Transport" is the only way to solve the current traffic problems in China. All large cities are almost developing public transport in China, under the background of "Public Transport City". In this premise, it is necessary to put forward a set of scientific, objective and operational public transport service quality evaluation system and comprehensive evaluation.Based on the analysis of the trip-chain decided traffic mode, a complete urban public transport service quality evaluation system based on trip-chain was established from usability, convenience,economy, safety and comfort, and considering the bus and rail link between the transfer, reflect the systemic and people-oriented thoughts.According to the differences of domestic cities, the same index in different cities also have a different meaning, in the paper according to the domestic cities the size of the population, and divided into three types of each index identified in different scale city of evaluation with interval, so as to give reference to other types of evaluation system.To all sorts of commonly used in comprehensive evaluation method carries on the analysis comparison and clear advantage and disadvantage, application scope of the based on the proposed, based on the AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive model, grey relational model and the matter-element evaluation model based on trip-chain of the urban public transportation service quality synthetic evaluation. Combining the public traffic data of Hefei, respectively on the initial using three methods of data processing, the applicable conditions of various models, this paper has established the application of this system, and comprehensive evaluation model for evaluation result analysis Hefei city public transportation service quality system and improve the defects of the place of the relevant departments for Hefei, to provide the reference. Finally, three evaluation models was summarized, analyzed model structure and characteristics of them in urban public transport service quality evaluation, provided ideas for the other indicators in modeling and evaluation, with important applications value and practical significance.
