And the bus service quality not only reflects the social style and features、travel conditions、urbanization level and the level of spiritual civilization construction of a city, but also a main indexes which used to measure a city public traffic marketing competitiveness.In this paper, through the bus passengers’ satisfaction evaluation studies of Changsha, primarily to achieve the following objectives. First, you can create a more perfect bus passenger satisfaction evaluation system. Second, the reality can be worked out a viable transit service system solutions for decision-makers to carry out mass marketing of public transport services provide references. In addition, this study also has theoretical and practical significance. On the one hand, from the perspective of marketing thesis explores the Changsha city bus passenger satisfaction evaluation studies in the field of research and innovation content has some great theoretical significance. On the other hand, the paper-based two-oriented society Changsha city building and construction background civilized conduct, which will eventually bring sustainable development to the Changsha City more positive impact, has practical significance.In this paper, using the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to assess the city bus passenger satisfaction research of Changsha, we focus on the mathematical principles of the model structure and comprehensive evaluation process of AHP-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method.it is proved and applied the research on Changsha city bus passenger satisfaction evaluation by AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. First of all, this paper use AHP to evaluate bus passenger satisfaction of Changsha City for example, it determined the corresponding evaluation index, such as safety, convenience, reliability, rapidity, economy and comfort; and calculated corresponding weight value of0.4315,0.0946,0.1458,0.0312,0.2518and0.0416finally, it make construction of Changsha city bus passenger satisfaction evaluation index system; this method overcomes the original subjectivity of Changsha City bus passenger satisfaction evaluation, and it makes the accuracy more reliable and impartial of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Secondly, this paper carries on the appraisal to the Changsha City bus passenger satisfaction survey by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and the final score is computed evaluation results is76.03, the Changsha City bus passenger satisfaction level is general; so that the analysis of the qualitative analysis and the quantitative get very good fusion; finally, the paper constructs the evaluation of Changsha passenger satisfaction city bus model; and through a comprehensive analysis of the evaluation results, is given to improve the satisfaction of Changsha City bus passengers several countermeasures, including hardware, software bus service measures; I hope it can be good for Changsha City bus company and City Hall optimization for the better level of public transport services, so that it can provide good way to create "transit metropolis".
