The problem on the transformation of tacit knowledge, which has also been the key issue needed to tackle by the enterprise management level, has widely been paid attention by scholars in the theory circle. Especially in high-tech enterprise, tacit knowledge is in the hands of idiosyncratic human capital owners, and how to promote the flow and transformation of implicit knowledge of idiosyncratic human capital has been the important factor to decide the enterprise's innovation ability. On the integrated basis of the theory on idiosyncratic human capital and tacit knowledge and along with the new high-tech industrial background, the thesis probes the attribute of knowledge of idiosyncratic human capital in high-tech enterprises and constructs the model of tacit knowledge's transformation of idiosyncratic human capital, and further proposes the development management policy of implicit knowledge in high-tech enterprises.The paper is divided into five parts: the first chapter, introduction, chiefly presents research background, significance, research methods, research content, technical line and key issue to be resolved; the second chapter, theoretical principle, respectively summarizes idiosyncratic human capital theory and tacit knowledge theory and illuminate the attribute of knowledge of idiosyncratic human capital in high-tech enterprises; the third chapter, the main body, builds architectonic model of high-tech enterprises and knowledge composition model of idiosyncratic human capital in terms of enterprises'macroscopy and individual microscopy, and puts forward the transformation model of tacit knowledge of idiosyncratic human capital in high-tech enterprises on this basis; the fourth chapter, case studies and applications, on the basis of above-mentioned transformation model, regards A company as the research object and evaluates the current situation of its tacit knowledge management of idiosyncratic human capital and proposes the development management policy of implicit knowledge of idiosyncratic human capital; the fifth chapter, conclusions and outlook, sums up primary coverage and points out limitations in full text and give a perspective on later research.
