With the rapid development of the auto industry, the automobiles are very similar in technology, performance and quality. The enterprise has not the ascendancy in the intense market competition through price competition. Therefore, enterprises in the automobile market have to change policy, which will make service as a competition in the main strategic ace. Automobile post-sale service provides repairing and maintenance, beauty, insurance, used car business and so on as its services, which can improve customer satisfaction as one of the most important factors, and which is a bearing of automobile company's goal and development. So, the automobile post-sale service is essential.Service competitiveness is the only choice after price competition. At present,,there is still considerable of China automobile post-sale service, such as the service concept behind,the consumer credit behind, and customer complaints for service quality and waiting time. Chinese post-sale service has the huge gap between the international level. How to improve the level of Chinese automotive post-sale service is the important issue to solve for Chinese automotive industries.This article has analyzed the present situation of our post-sale service, and with the SWOT analytic method analyzed the superiority and the inferiority, the opportunity and the challenge of the Chinese automobile post-sale service to give some opinion to improve the service in the future work. At the same time, the article has introduced the state of post-sale service of the Aoruntong automobile repairing service enterprise. For the functions of the repairing service, use the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)method to analyze the maintenance level in various ways. Also, use fussy evaluation method to analyze the case of the Automobile repairing service enterprise. According to the factors which will restrict the repairing level, put forward improvement measures and recommendations for the weak links, so as to improve the automobile enterprise's service competitiveness.
