Rural Construction Path Selection And Operation Mechanism

Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy. The"Agriculture, Countryside and Farmer"issue has always been the key concern in recent years. Recently, the student employment problem is even more serious, becoming a major issue of concern. The significant problems including: how to do the new rural construction well, develop modern agriculture, and cultivate new type of peasants, encourage students start changing employment concept and temper themselves in grass-roots unit. Therefore, on the basis of rural development experience and growth pattern home and aboard, the paper put forward a new conception of"university student work station"and"new farmer"and solves these two major issues integrated into a problem, and then presents the corresponding mode and operation mechanism. From the rural community development point of view, this model rich the various functions of university student work station and its'station platform role in promoting the economic and cultural development. The main contents is following:Chapter I, introduction. This chapter mainly covers the background, significance, literature review, contents of the present research, innovations, basic methods and technology roadmap.Chapter II, learning theories and model of rural construction home and aboard. This chapter focuses on the rural construction development model of modern china and foreign country. This chapter is divided into three parts: firstly, domestic history of rural construction and the clue from rural development theory prompt; secondly, summarizing the foreign countries'rural development theory and learning form those practice models; finally, putting forward a new way of Chinese modern rural construction----rural community construction.Chapter III, on the basis of new farmer cultural practice, the new path of rural construction. On the basis of chapter II, this chapter illustrates new farmer as the subject of rural community construction is significant in the rural construction. This chapter is divided into four parts: firstly, the conception of new farmer; secondly, stating the connotation of new farmer cultural practice; thirdly, explaining the model of new farmer cultural practice further; fourthly, illustrating the connection between new farmer cultural practice and new type peasants cultivation from the theory of Liang Shuming and the policy of government.Chapter IV, university student work station: the model innovation for rural construction. this chapter may be divided into four parts: firstly, the conception of university student work station and the analysis of university student work station function and meaning; secondly, stating the positioning of university student work station which is the sub-programs of"prairie fire action"; thirdly, using data analysis to analyze various influencing factors and the possibility of building university student work station; fourthly, illustrating the operational mechanism and model of university student work station through four procedures; finally, bringing up a new path for rural construction: prairie fire volunteer and"peasant family bookshop"are two key points.Chapter V, cultural experiment: the operation mechanism and feasibility analysis of Sha xian university student work station. On the basis of chapter IV, this chapter chooses Sha xian as test point. Firstly, stating the development conditions of Sha xian work station; secondly, applying the model that the paper put forwards in Sha xian first phase of the experiment; finally, giving some advices to advance university student work station in the whole country.Chapter VI, the conclusions and prospects. This chapter summarizes the relevant findings of this study, analyzes the shortages of this study, and gives the direction for future work.
