Foreign Direct Investment Effect Industrial Structure Adjustment Of Empirical Research In Hebei Province

Since the reform and opening up, with chinese sustained economic growth and economic globalization development, foreign direct investment obtained rapid development, which has become an important component of chinese economy. As a coastal province, with good location advantage and economic environment, Hebei province actively introduce foreign direct investment, which promotes the growth of hebei total economic output. And through the foreign direct investment, we can get more funds, technology, managerial experience, which strongly boost economic growth of Hebei province. In this context, researching the influence of direct foreign investment to Hebei province industrial structure will become the hot. we should further positive effective utilize foreign capital, make better attracting capital policy and optimize industrial structure. Integrate organically the utilization of foreign investment and local industrial structure to really get the role of mutual reciprocity and mutual benefit, mutual promoting, and finally realize both better and fast economic development.First,it analyzed the industrial structure present situation and the adjustment necessity of industrial structure in hebei province, the course and present situation of foreign direct investment in Hebei province, and it also analyzed the influences of foreign direct investment to hebei province's industrial structure optimization. Second, by establishing econometric model, it used cointegration analysis, error correction model and granger causality test to analyze contributions of foreign direct investment to three industries in Hebei province. Finally, using the Support Vector Machine theory, it established the mathematical model to do the prediction of Hebei province industrial structure change trend in the next three years. It puts forward some suggestions on using foreign direct investment to optimize industrial structure, increasing foreign direct investment industries, and creating diversified investment structure. we hope it can play a role of hebei province economic development and investment promotion.
