A Research On Enterprise Integrity With Reference To Harmonious Society

The economy in China has got a rapid development with the increasing advancement in socialist market economy. However, in the process during the construction of socialist harmonious society, many disharmonious phenomena have occurred, for example, the lack of enterprise's credit, which has seriously affected the smooth development of our society in every aspect. Therefore, it is very significant for us to make an exploration on the strategies for the settlement on the construction of enterprise's credit based on the target of harmonious society.Mainly focusing on the issues of enterprise's credit in the harmonious society, this paper proposed some strategies on the improvement of the construction of enterprise's credit through an analysis and sum up on the reasons and representations of the lack of enterprise's credit in China.First of all, this paper made a sum up and analysis on the connotations of enterprise's credit and harmonious society, and made a statement on the inner relationship between enterprise's credit and harmonious society as well through the consultation on the documents about the enterprise's credit and the construction of harmonious society.Secondly, this paper made a statement on the harmful infection of the lack of enterprise's credit, and summarized the inner and external reasons for the lack of enterprise's credit in China.Finally, this paper put forward some strategies for the construction of the better enterprise's credit in the harmonious society of socialism according to the theories of enterprises in the western and the current representation in China, that is, the enterprises should take the credit as their important contents for the construction of enterprises'culture; and the governments should change their function in the economy and strengthen the education on the credit of enterprises as well as the establishment of the institutes and archives of the appraisal on the credit of the enterprises, so as to create a better social credit and fair competition environment for the enterprises.
