The Measures Research Of The Population Transfer In West Ujimqin County

In recent years, the "three rural" issue becomes a top priority. In the Pasture, at this stage the "three animal husbandry" includes in the problem of grassland degradation, the difficulty of livestock herders increase and income difficulties. Its influences on the pastoral economy, society, culture, and environment are growing. The transfer of pastoral people gradually becomes the key of the "three animal husbandry".West ujimqin county is a traditional animal husbandry county. Large numbers of people stranded in the pastoral areas, which not only hindered the improvement of livestock productivity, but also restricted the income of herdsmen. All of these affected the construction pace of ecological environment objectively.I collected nearly a decade of population transfer information, and compressively used Western economics, statistics, economics and other related disciplines minority theory and the existing policies. Firstly, I analyzed the current situation of population transfer in West Ujimqin county, and explained the economic conditions, industry conditions, population size and income level about it.Secondly, I conducted the quantitative statistical analysis of the transfer of labor and researched the industrial distribution of labor, employment structure and social security situation. And then investigated the transfer form of labor, classified three specific situations, and made a qualitative analysis of the transfer characteristics. On this basis, I investigated the problem of labor transfer in West Ujimqin County.Finally I put forward the suggestions for pastoral population transfer according to the existing policies.
