Research On Identification Of Risk Factors Of IT Service Outsourcing For Guangdong Enterprises

In the current, economic globalization is entering a new stage of development, the global industrial transfer is extending from manufacturing to service, service outsourcing has become an important trend in services globalization. From the late 80s of last century, in order to save costs and improve operational efficiency and core competitiveness, some multinational companies in developed countries began to outsourcing its non-core IT services business to lower cost of professional service providers. The IT services outsourcing is becoming increasingly popular, so the IT outsourcing risk management will become increasingly important, and how to identify the risk factors in the IT services outsourcing is the key of the IT outsourcing risk management. This article will carry out research on the issue of identifying risk factors of IT services outsourcing.The paper starts from a large number of domestic and international literature review.Through the literature review, we summed up the domestic and international research recognition from the following point of view IT outsourcing risk factors:technology, organization, environment, then based on the contractor we proposed the risk factors recognition model, the model includes three dimensions, product dimensions, the customer dimension and environmental dimensions, we also summary 13 key risk factors in the process of IT outsourcing services. Next, we take the IT service outsourcing enterprises in Guangdong as the research object, surveyed the risk factors of 13 research, we use SPSS statistical analysis tools for statistical analysis of survey results, the use of exploratory factor analysis method to extract the four common factors, factor in product, customer collaboration factor, contract performance factors and environmental factors, and according to factor analysis, we identified the model of risk factors.In the last, using regression analysis to calculate the IT service outsourcing enterprises to undertake the total risk. Studies have shown that low-risk product factors, with a total risk is low, companies can control the product to reduce risk factors to undertake the total risk of IT outsourcing.This paper which based on literature research, put the theory into practice, and adopts systems analytical methods and systems research. All of these methods make the entire research results effective and research process objective in order to lay a good foundation for follow-studies.
