Study On The Development Of Rural Nongovernmental Finance In China

This dissertation according to service "three agriculture", realize the development of rural financial benign basic thought, using economical theories and methods, taking rural nongovernmental finance as a breakthrough point, beginning from both theory and practice, make an analysis on our country's rural nongovernmental finance deeply and completely .The dissertation is divided into six chapters: The first chapter is the commentary review on corresponding literatures of rural nongovernmental finance. At the beginning, the concept of nongovernmental finance is defined up to its different expressions in academic circles. Then, a comprehensive evaluation is made on the financial theory and thought development. The second chapter of farmers and the rural by small and medium-sized enterprise capital supply and demand analysis, this chapter expounds the current status of our country's rural nongovernmental finance ,found that rural nongovernmental finance has become the main channel of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" financing. The third chapter institutional defects from policy, the interest rate arrangements, analyzed the reasons of the existence of rural nongovernmental finance, and points out that the existence of rural nongovernmental finance is rational and inevitable. The fourth chapter for example in Shanxi Province, makes a positive analysis found that with the development of economy, rural folk financial organization form is also in constant innovation. The five chapter from both the positive and negative aspects of rural nongovernmental financial effect for analysis, that of rural economic development of nongovernmental financial plays an important role, but its negative effects are also cannot small gaze. The last chapter, the previous analysis is proposed on the basis of rural nongovernmental financial future development path choose.
