At the same time, specific to perfecting internal control system and establishing the evaluation of management risks, safeguard measures are proposed to ensure the effectiveness of the management risk prevention strategy.Through the research of QH company management risk avoidance, this article hopefully eliminate the management risk which could possibly exist in the process of management,in order to enhance the QH Company's competitiveness in market.
