Study On Business Process Reengineering Of LIPC

Nowadays technological develops very rapidly and economic globalization expands quickly. Customers have abundant products from all over the world so they request more to producers. Domestic companies develop a lot in China's persistent economic circumstances, while global competitors develop fast too. Facing more and more picky customers and strong competitors, companies must focus on internal process, reengineering it to enhance competitiveness.Personal computer is typical buyers'market in highly competitive industry. The paper takes LIPC as example. It starts from concept of BPR. After deep study of current process with problems finding, new business process with related organization is designed. And it raises the point of execution plan in phases. In first phase new process should be launched remaining the existing process. Do not abandon existing process until the new one is tested and adjusted by real business cases.The new process based on customer oriented and overall optimal process will improve company's management level and competitiveness capability. If the experience during BPR could be shared with out-sourcing companies, it would do some help to out-sourcing companies' management too.
