The reform and openning up policy has been carried out for more than 30 years. China has achieved remarkable achievements of economic and social development, However, the extensive way of economic growth also has led to energy problems. At present, the internal oil and gas production cannot satisfy domenstic demand. We must rely on foreign imports. Turkmenistan's abound resources become one option of the China's energy strategy. China-Turkmenistan natural gas pipeline was putting into service at 16:00 on December 31,2009. China-Turkmenistan oil and gas cooperation has achieved substantial progress.U.S. and Europe have competeted with Russia for the Turkmenistan's rich oil and gas resources, but Turkmenistan's natural gas production cannot meet the requirements of contract parties. If there were any unpredictable problems, Turkmenistan may be taken measures just like reducing or cutting off the gas supply. This dissertation's mainly perpose is to analyse the influencing factor between China-Turkmenistan oil and gas cooperation. At last, the author will work out a outcome. It comes to china, we believe that the most favorable choice is the Turkmenistan's gas flowed to China. In the next place, we prefer Russia rather than Europe. Because Russia is an energy-exporting country, we can also import natural gas from Russia. If the Nabucco program is completed, Chian and Europe will become the competieor for the Turkmenistan's natural gas. Specifically, natural gas prices may be reflected in the negotiations. Because with the increase of energy buyers, the energy prices will rise.U.S. and Europe's competing with Russia for Turkmenistan's natural gas will continue, However, based on the concept of global development, each game player can't be over-emphasized their own interests. In order to seek common progress, we must consider the interests of all parties and avoid conflict.
