In the 21st century, internal and external environment of the manufacturing industry has undergone profound changes, especially global economic integration intensified competition, patterns of consumer demand, new technology and popularity of the Internet cut down the transaction costs. As new profit growth point, manufacturing enterprises to orient service has become the trend of development. Manufacturing industry is a pillar industry in China's national economy, due to the lack of independent intellectual property rights and the control ability in the value chain, China's manufacturing industry is still in the low-end value chain, thereby manufacturing industry will shift to service to become an important means of transformation through service value to make up the disadvantages of the value chain.This paper argues that services exist in the manufacturing enterprise internal and external, services value created process of the manufacturing enterprise is customers and enterprise jointly completed. Based on the service value chain, according to the ISPAR model of service system, this paper analyses the relationship among the parties involved service value creation, and manufacturing enterprise will obtain service value through outsourcing. On this issue, this paper summarizes the literature, improves the service value chain, questionnaire investigation, and then propose a new model of service value creation and two service outsourcing models.This paper is divided into the following some sections:Review of relevant theories, service value analysis of manufacturing enterprise, a service value created by manufacturing enterprises from the perspective of virtual organization, and management advice of the model application.The first part is the introduction, mainly to describe the research background of the problem, the proposed study objectives and significance, and point out the research content, ideas and methods; The second part studied the concepts involved firstly, then the current theories of services and manufacturing services are reviewed; The third part studied service value chain of manufacturing enterprises from the connotation of service value on manufacturing enterprise, then based on the ISPAR model, analyzed the relationship among the parties involved creation, and pointed out factors of the process the value is formed. The fourth part, according to the questionnaire investigation, service outsourcing mechanism and motivation of manufacturing enterprises is analyzed, and then propose a new model of service value creation and two service outsourcing models; The fifth part summarized all the analysis, associated with the current theory, put forward the new direction of theoretical research and management advice on service value created by manufacturing enterprises according to current situation and existing problems of Chinese manufacturing enterprise.
