With the rapidly changing in intense economic competition, the activities of product and operate must be followed with the rules of marketing, adjusting and changing in time. The first and the most important thing to maintain the core competitiveness of enterprise and develop an appropriate strategy for international corporations is survive and develop in the cruel reality, depends on their inner strengths and the external environment.The author analyses the status of international operation and point the mainly opportunities and challenges as well as the process of internationalization, based the research of BANDRY Group. Why their successful business model in the past failed when it transfer to Chinese market? BANDRY Europe's success has not been copied, and suffered a crisis of the new global economy, what can these international business enterprises do to evolve and develop in the winter?Start with the analysis of BESTBUY's fail in Chinese market, the first chapter focuses on the motivation and methodology for this research. The second chapter discusses the internationalization management theory and related articles that serve as a foundation of this research. The third chapter introduces BANDRY's success business in Europe and the advantage of the products first, analyze the product channel then, point out the importance and the steps of new products'development. The forth chapter described BANDRY's development in China, point out the enterprises must come to follow the steps of local market, and propose for channel re-organization. The fifth chapter we analyze the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat to test the channel strategy of BANDRY China at present with SWOT. The last but not the least, the conclusion of the whole thesis issued and steps moving forward.The author discuss with the risks and the solutions from some views in its international Management of enterprise.
