The Industrial Reform Research Of MSW Treatment Based On Circular Economy

With the development of China's economy and the accelerating of the urbanization process, more and more municipal solid waste is generated. It is more prominent of the phenomenon of "Junk Besieged City". Effective way to solve this problem is to promote the industrialization of MSW. We should build a true industrial structure to improve the efficiency of MSW disposal. This paper mainly discusses the promotion of the industrialization of MSW must be based on the concept of circular economy to establish the whole process of comprehensive management system, follow the principles of reduce, reuse and recycle, the primary prerequisite is reduce. For this reason, this paper argues that the promotion of the industrialization of MSW based on the concept of circular economy is the basic method to eliminate the phenomenon of "Junk Besieged City" though the comparison of MSW treatment under the traditional economic and circular economy. This paper also points out the shortage of the industrialization of MSW though the comparison of the advanced experience of foreign countries on the promotion of the industrialization of MSW based on the concept of circular economy. Finally, I construct the model framework of the industrialization of MSW.
